As part of its partnership with the Children of Heroes charitable foundation, AWT Bavaria joined the implementation of a STEM program for the foundation’s beneficiaries.

The program aimed to develop technical skills and introduce children to modern fields such as engineering, programming, and 3D modeling. Learning took place online in small groups and included the creation of individual technical and creative projects.

Participants learned the basics of programming and automation, worked with engineering platforms, and developed logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

The learning process followed a “from simple to complex” approach, helping children gradually build confidence and interest in learning.

Despite challenging conditions, the program delivered strong results and a positive impact on participants. Most importantly, children discovered an interest in STEM fields and future career opportunities.

The project, supported by AWT Bavaria, continues to ensure more Children of Heroes have access to quality education.
