My career began in 2006, when I came to the Zaporizhzhya branch as a service consultant, and step by step I went through the positions of a new car seller, service manager, director of the Zaporizhzhya branch, regional manager, general director of AWT Bavaria-Dnepropetrovsk and finally to the current position of general director of AWT Bavaria Kyiv LLC. Three different cities - Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kyiv and almost 20 years in AWT.
At AWT, I like the desire for development and constant change/adaptation to modern challenges.
My advice to those who want to work in AWT is to go towards your goal/dream despite the difficulties. Boldly accept challenges and constantly improve yourself. Always stay honest with yourself, your colleagues, and your clients. Admit mistakes and learn from them, drawing objective conclusions.

Observing the development of the company for more than 17 years, I see reliability, which is currently the best indicator in such difficult times in the country.
