The My BMW app, together with the ConnectedDrive system, is now available to Ukrainian BMW customers. The My BMW app enables seamless communication between the driver and the car. It can be used to plan travel routes and transfer them to the car's navigation system. The My BMW app also allows customers to quickly schedule service appointments, view real-time vehicle status information, and, of course, receive the latest news from the BMW world. In a hurry? You can remotely unlock and lock the doors. Or, leaving the office, you can take care of cooling or heating the interior in advance, depending on the weather and your preferences. It is important to note that the functions and capabilities of the My BMW app will be constantly updated to ensure that customers have access to all ConnectedDrive services.

Convenience at Your Fingertips
With the BMW Digital Key, you can easily open and close your car, start the engine, and take a drive using just your smartphone. The BMW Digital Key is available for both Apple iPhone and Android OS and is stored in your smartphone's wallet. Need to let a family member or friend take the wheel? In just a few taps, you can share the digital key using your smartphone. The BMW Digital Key can be shared with up to five users. When you no longer need others to use the car, the owner, who is the main user, can easily revoke the BMW Digital Key. This will deactivate it and make it unusable.
Owners of electric vehicles will appreciate the convenience of the My BMW app. Enhanced EV charging features allow you to control the charging process from your smartphone. The charging status is always at your fingertips — just glance at the display. To save time, you can set charging parameters once, such as at night when electricity is cheaper, and also select the days of the week. The electric vehicle will turn on charging on its own. The customer simply needs to check the operation via the smartphone. When using DC charging stations, the app also offers the option to select the desired current limit. The entire charging history remains at your fingertips so that you can analyze, if desired, how much charge you need for a particular trip. If there is a need to get to the most convenient charging station, the electric vehicle determines the remaining range and warns if it is insufficient.
Safety First
The Remote Theft Recorder alerts the customer via a push notification in the My BMW app if the alarm is triggered. When the alarm is activated, the car's cameras record images of the entire surroundings and interior. The customer can download and view the images in the My BMW app. This option is extremely useful in case of unauthorized entry into the car, such as theft or hijacking. The video (from external cameras) and photos (from internal cameras) that are remotely downloaded to the phone can serve as evidence of the crime. To use this function, the car must be equipped with an optional anti-theft alarm, Parking Assistant Plus, and an interior camera.

Proactive Care assistance improves customer service in the long term — from tips for remote troubleshooting (e.g., remote update of the latest software version or remote diagnostics of the car's condition) to flexible support. If the customer is in another city and the car needs an urgent visit to the service station, the customer will be offered to visit the nearest dealer among all in the global BMW dealer network.
